Role and Responsibilities:
- Downloading the bank statements.
- Applying the Cash to open invoices as per remittance advice and logical match as per oldest criteria.
- Working on Unapplied Cash and Unidentified Cash.
- Working on Cash Apps queries.
- Daily Cash and Bank reconciliation.
- Working with Stakeholders and customers to resolve queries and improve customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 0 to 1 year of experience in Accounting/Customer-to-cash operations.
- Experience in Accounts Receivables in a multi-company, multi-currency environment is required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (applicable AR systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills & ability to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
- Exposure to change management.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills – Aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, and going into the root cause of the problem.
- Must possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skills.
