Role and Responsibilities:
- Performs general clerical operational tasks that are routinary in nature.
- Regularly receives direction from supervisor and escalates issues/concerns to more experienced roles.
- Ensures smooth and consistent execution of CV comparison activity and highlights any detected findings or discrepancies, following the established procedure and matrix.
- Provides all the necessary information and supporting documents relevant to adjudicating the case.
- Supports background verification team to cover other admin-related tasks, as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least +6 months of operations support experience in one or a combination of the following onboarding, recruitment, background check screening, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s/college degree holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With strong attention to detail.
- Has the ability to maintain data confidentiality and comply with information security.
- Knows how to adhere to basic compliance requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Experience in operations support or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, and education.
