Description:
1. Design and build the Appian application as per the business requirement
2. Supports driving automation and Quality Assurance process in the team
3. Provides expertise to the team in best practices and “know how”
4. Handover of delivered applications to Support teams and addressing production system issues escalated by Support teams.
5. Ensure all developments are fully documented and meet business requirements
6. Working closely with the business & key stakeholders to provide robust change management process, ensuring effective management and delivery of changes and enhancements
7. Highlight and managing risks and issues via effective controls and standard Barclays processes
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Required Skills:
1. Recent experience as Appian Designer & Developer including latest releases (18x/19.x and above), with proven end-to-end delivery experience across a number of projects
2. Formal Certification as an Appian Developer L2
3. Required working knowledge with SQL, query editing and performance tuning. Preferred working experience with Java, Web Services, API integration
4. Experience with SDLC, configuration, deployment and testing of enterprise applications
5. Experience in working on cross-functional teams building products using Agile methodologies and DevOps
6. Experience in working with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements
7. Familiarity with MS Office Product Suite (Word / Excel / Power Point)
