Job Description:
1. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking and provide a resolution within SLA.

2. Remote troubleshooting for End-user issues (Hardware & Software).

3. Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals.

4. Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems.

5. Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.

6. System health check and log monitoring.

7. Maintain IT security in all support areas.

8. IT Asset management and inventory update.

9. Report Generation for IT support activities.

10. Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities.

Candidate Profile:
Qualification:
Any Graduate

Experience: 1 - 3 years.

Skills:
1. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer or similar role.

2. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

3. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners, and cellular devices.

4. Knowledge of managing network equipments & anti-virus programs.

5. Knowledge is asset management tool.

6. Knowledge in the Backup & restore process.

7. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.

8. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. Good communication skills.

9. Customer-oriented attitude.
