Job
Description:
1. Manage the daily activities of local and wide area network systems, perform diagnostics, schedule preventative maintenance
2. Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of network Applications, switches, coordinating for passive cabling etc
3. Provides response to emergency work requests
4. Assist the Senior Network Engineers with developing, monitoring, and implementing network security procedures for safeguarding all networking systems
5. Maximizing network performance through ongoing network monitoring and arranging scheduled upgrades
6. Adhere and follow ISO process and standards (incident, problem, change and configuration management).
7. Perform facility surveys for network communications and make recommendations for the layout and location of network components, equipment, cabling, and wiring.
8. Maintain documentation to record installations, upgrades, configurations.
9. Assist/Support other network related tasks/requirements as directed by management.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Skill Set:
1. Design, configuration, installation, testing, and maintenance of network devises and services.
2. Troubleshooting and diagnose skills to resolve network related problems.
3. Assist in developing network security and related procedures; and assist with performing network management activities.
4. Cisco Certification is an added advantage.
5. Basic knowledge on different operating systems (Linux, windows Etc..)
