Description:
1. Participate in the design and implementation of sophisticated software systems backend.
2. Participate in software design and code reviews. Reviews include other Software Engineers and are held to ensure a high level of software quality and to share knowledge with team members.
3. Participate in, and adhere to, professional software engineering practices using such tools and methodologies as Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Source Code Management (git), and GitHub
4. Participate in the planning, creation and execution of automated test cases and load/performance testing
5. Maintain a high level of proficiency with Computer Science/Software Engineering knowledge and contribute to the technical skills growth of other team members
6. Work well independently and as part of a team
7. Work as an Agile scrum team member
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 2 - 5 years JAVA development experience.
Required Skills:
1. Strong development experience in JAVA, Javascript, JEE, Maven.
2. Experience in Front end development JSP, HTML, CSS and Dojo Toolkit a plus.
3. Experience in WebSphere, DB2, Oracle DB.
4. Experience in SOAP, Rest API.
