Description:
1. Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment, selection, engagement and retention processes, through innovative practices and programs, that are in line with Pmsl Technology’s work culture
3. Be the interface between the management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, other issues
4. Responsible for development, engagement, motivation and retention of people
5. Maintain employee records, pay plan and benefits program
6. Set HR metrics and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Assess training needs based on role requirements and work with respective functional heads to create training and development programs.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: Undergrad/Postgrad Degree in HR (or relevant field)
Required Skills:
1. Proven experience of having worked as a HR Manager / HR Executive
2. Sound Knowledge of HR systems and databases
3. Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills
4. Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
