Description:
1. Work in a team environment using Agile practices and methods (Kanban/Scrum)
2. Collaborating closely with other developers, stakeholders and internal customers
3. Participate in the full development life cycle, including estimation, development, and deployment
4. Stay up to date on the latest development practices and strategies
5. Research, evaluate, and implement tools and procedures that provide strategic improvements to our products and process
6. Take direction, go beyond what is asked, and constantly challenge yourself
Candidate Profile:
Qualification/Experience: BE/B.Tech/MCA with 1 - 2 years of relevant software experience.
Required Skills:
1. Full project life-cycle experience – in C# and/or Python
2. Experience in data extraction using regular expressions.
3. Ability to distill and understand requirements, get to the bottom of a problem and come up with an efficient solution
4. Ability to solve complex problems and learn from mistakes
5. Familiarity with database concepts
6. Strong unit testing and troubleshooting skills
7. Interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with cross functional teams.
