Description:
1. Good in Test Planning, Estimation techniques and testing methodologies, including writing and executing test cases.
2. Good in Requirement understanding and preparing requirement traceability matrix.
3. API testing with Postman and other similar tools.
4. Knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus.
5. Solid knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation
6. User interfaces testing.
7. Mobile applications testing of Android and iOS apps.
8. Knowledge of API documentation tools like Swagger etc.
9. Security testing tools and basic scripting knowledge is a plus.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: 3+ years of relevant software testing experience, preferably in multiple domains.
Required Skills:
1. Should have a good working knowledge of Manual Testing.
2. Knowledge of Automation Testing will be a big plus point.
3. Understanding of business use cases/user stores and developing test cases/scripts.
4. Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation.
5. Strong knowledge of API testing and DB testing along with performance testing.
6. Strong experience in working with web-based user interfaces, and mobile applications with tools like Postman etc.
7. Creatively think outside the box to identify potential problems, and increase coverage for testing framework.
8. Experience in Internet/ Startups/ IT services companies is preferred.
