Description:
1. Support IT Infrastructure which includes (but not limited to) Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Internet Leased Lines, etc
2. Support Network infrastructure which includes diagnosing network related issues, crimping of connectors, punching of I/Os, etc
3. User’s incident ticket handling.
4. Assist Engineering Team for any hardware or software related support.
5. Maintain ISO related records.
6. Co-coordinating with Team members to resolve any technical issues.
7. Support the IT infra like CCTV, Epabx, UPS etc.
8. Maintain Inventory of all IT related assets.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech/MSc/BSc or equivalent
Experience: 0 to 1 year
Required Skills:
1. Basic knowledge in Desktops /Laptops and server setup, installation, configuration & troubleshooting
2. Basic knowledge in Windows Operating system
3. Basic knowledge in Networking
4. Knowledge in Cloud services like AWS, Azure ,GCP etc. will be an added advantage
5. Good level of written and verbal communication
6. Ability to work independently as well as work well in a team environment
7. Manage Asset Management
8. Preferred Certifications: MCSE / RHCE / CCNA / Cloud / ITIL
