Description:
1. Basic Knowledge of Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, other social media).
2. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
3. Manage candidates database.
4. Review and understand job requirements.
5. Identify / screen / qualify candidates for the positions.
6. Work extensively with the team to map the market and source the right candidate.
