Description:
1. Ability to work with Product Owners to groom feature backlog items
2. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for he product
3. Develop and communicate testing approach and present plans to stakeholders
4. Coordinate with release management team on test cycle schedule and testing readiness
5. Lead user acceptance testers in test prep, planning and execution
6. Update and maintain test scripts
7. Prepare reports and analysis
8. Participate in post-release validation activities
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3 - 7 Years Experience
Required Skills:
1. Previous experience in UAT & Regression Testing
2. AGILE/SCRUM Experience
3. Experience in program co-ordination/administration
4. Experience in project management
5. Experience in KYC (Preferable)
