Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to handle customers on calls meeting the required KPIs(Call Count, Talk Time & AHT, Call Quality, Compliance, Opportunity Count with good quality, File Login & Disbursement)
- Customers must be engaged and informed about the company’s product offerings.
- Need to adhere to the communication protocols, regulations, and guidelines.
- Able to reply to customer inquiries over Call/Phone.
- Should be able to convert Leads into quality opportunities.
- Should be able to convert opportunity into login and disbursement further through customer/branch follow-up.
- Have to be oriented with the business to understand customer’s queries.
- Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/ problems
- Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improve accuracy, or strengthen controls.
