Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling employee queries both over the phone and through the IT (ticketing tool)
- Managing multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes.
- Capturing ELCM-related activities into appropriate systems and record the employee queries in an appropriate IT system (ticketing tool)
- Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined service level agreement(s) like TAT, quality and customer satisfaction (C-SAT)
- Ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and implement the learning in an innovative manner.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in HR shared services in a global organization will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment.
