- Manage relationship between Accenture Operations teams and client/internal IT teams.
- Mobilization of projects – overall responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, closure of a project.
- Tech budget technology cost budgeting, optimization, and variance tracking.
- Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Ensure client needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
