Role and Responsibilities:
- Actively monitor and address issues reported by the US/Global team during their working hours.
- Coordinate with the engineering team in India to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Lead regarding ongoing tasks and completed work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist in documenting processes, debugging, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with software development processes and debugging techniques.
- Experience with Jira, and version control systems such as Git would be advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- The intern will primarily work remotely from home however, occasional visits to the Aera office in Pune are necessary for knowledge transfer sessions and essential interactions with the team.
