- Understanding the need of the customer and helping the customer to choose the right financial product as per their eligibility.
- Explained to customers the benefits and offers related to the products.
- Handle end-to-end sales outbound calls and customer support for existing clients.
- Assisting customers in the sale of a range of financial products on the phone.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
- Ensure no losses or errors occur while assisting customers.
- Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
