Role and Responsibilities:
- Monitor operations of the assigned stores and suggest & deploy improvements.
- Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions.
- Foresee implications based on current data and trends.
- Be organized, apt, and prompt in notifying the situation, problem-solving, and recur prevention.
- Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance, and information privacy.
- Train & direct associates for action and conformance to norms & practices.
- Visit the stores for various operational conformance, restrictions, and norms.
- Conduct ops checklist based on SOP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
- B. COM/ BBA/ B.E/ MBA/ Graduate in any stream with 2 years of work experience.
