Role and Responsibilities:
- Administrative management of associates.
- Job allocation to associates.
- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitor the status of counts and problem-solve queues.
- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective workstations on a daily basis.
- Stand-in for Area Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Experience with Excel.
