Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Brand Initiatives for GMNS Control Management team.
- Conduct due diligence on new internet merchants to ensure merchant are not engaged in any violations or brand damaging activities.
- Delivery of daily program framework, tasks, processes and communications as required to adhere to the process requirements.
- Critical understanding of different violations.
- Communication with global stakeholders and Compliance Officers.
- Support in internal policy changes.
- Develop ideas to enhance the process where needed.
- Reporting issues to Program leader, Policy and Program Governance Reporting Team and Third parties.
- Support the development of registering high risk industries with Global Network business.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 – 3 years experience in operations/ Control Management/ Governance profile.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision..
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
- Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations).
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action.
- Experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
