Role and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Product, Engineering, and Decision Science teams within an agile environment to break down requirements into user stories and own feature delivery end to end.
- Actively participate and at times lead pre-launch testing and post-launch validation with key partners across marketing, product operations, technology, and decision science.
- Partner with Analytics to assess the value of new features and conduct strategic analysis to recommend enhancements to our capability roadmap.
- Assist with the creation of presentations for executive audiences and partners.
- Support the evolution of personalization, and the evolving uses of machine learning & intelligence more broadly and their implications on product development opportunities.
- Support workstreams to continuously evolve and improve our underlying platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in digital product development supporting the E2E launch of digital products.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, Mural, Invision, etc.
- Technically minded & resourceful – with an aptitude to pick up complex processes quickly. Comfortable with changing priorities.
- Proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing partners in a matrixed environment to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to analyze data to determine priorities, opportunities, and issues with a product.
- A strong communicator with the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and succinct messages to colleagues at a variety of different levels.
- Proactive and enthusiastic – a self-starter who likes to take true ownership over the areas they have responsibility and is comfortable working across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a business discipline; Product development, digital marketing, systems management, or equivalent experience.
