Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field is required.
- Should have minimum 1 year of prior experience working in database systems in a professional services environment.
- Experience on MS-Excel required.
- Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce and Marketing systems like Marketo preferred.
- Experience using email communication systems like Outlook and ServiceNow preferred.
- Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau preferred.
- SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Python experience preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work closely with teams in Australia, USA, France or other parts of the world, which will require flexible hours.
