Role and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all IMP processes, guidelines, and letter templates are documented and maintained appropriately.
- Coordination of IM vendor management, alongside Procurement and Supplier Management, ensuring relevant reviews are conducted and work Orders and contracts updated.
- Managing Risk & Controls and Records Management for IM including regular reviews and inputs into central Controls team.
- Oversight of IM technology (AssignmentPro) and data including allowance reviews.
- Management of IM reporting and dashboard.
- Oversight of IM pages on HR Hub.
- Managing India tax and payroll compliance for personal working requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work with both complex information and have attention to detail.
- Able to coordinate a number of different projects and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to be flexible when required and to ‘think outside the box’.
- Minimum education required is Graduate.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-starter but also strong team player.
- Previous experience in a mobility function.
- Previous experience of vendor management.
- Previous knowledge of AssignmentPro technology.
- Proven track record in managing own portfolio of projects.
