Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop capabilities to understands and anticipate case team research needs (understanding case-team asks, client contexts, etc. to tailor research accordingly). Continuously engage with senior researchers to discuss the same.
- Demonstrate speed-to-output and client-orientation in delivery (improving on effectiveness in research completion).
- Strong ownership and ability to manage (ability to prioritize) concurrent requests.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree minimum (Engineering, Commerce, General streams – Science, Economics etc.) with strong academic record.
- 0-1 years of relevant work-experience, preferably in a Consulting or Research organization.
- Excellent English; verbal and written.
- Ability to work with wide array of platforms including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; to be able to provide insights in most user-friendly format.
