Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for machine learning techniques.
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas where machine learning can be leveraged to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Work with engineering leads to design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, such as recommendation systems and computer vision models.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess (label and annotate) data from various sources to train machine learning models.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models using appropriate algorithms and techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate machine learning models into existing systems and new applications.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of machine learning solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed machine learning models, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI&ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in creating training data sets, labeling and annotating data sets for Machine Learning projects.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming language needed for Machine Learning.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, like TensorFlow or PyTorch..
• Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with any cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, and experience deploying and managing models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
