Role and Responsibilities:

• Act as the IT SME for Exchange On-Premise and Exchange Online technology stacks and corporate email flow
• Be the SME and technical owner for global Email delivery across Exchange Online and On-Premise, relays (AWS SES), and email security which uses Sophos Central Mail
• You will be project owner for key collaboration projects
• Provide governance and reporting on health of technically owned systems
• You will contribute to the governance and management of other collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
• Manage the environment through PowerShell, Power Automate, or an equivalent technology
• Communicate and deliver O365 roadmap improvements to the Sophos organisation
