Role and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to understand user requirements and resolve their access issues.
- Adhere to project process and guidelines.
- Discuss with Production support team for any user queries.
- Support Application validation for specific functionalities.
- Able to develop reports using Excel graphs and pie charts.
- Track user requests and provide appropriate reports to Management.
- Support testing team in completing some regression tests.

- Basic knowledge of SQL to write simple Select Update queries.
