Job Description:
You will triage and escalate issues to other team members as necessary to ensure that we take care of every partner. As part of the Customer Success and Post Sales organization, you will work with partners using Branch services to achieve mobile growth. You will be an SME on Ad tech. and Mobile attribution assisting customers to derive the most value of Branch products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to developers and marketers who use the Branch SDK and attribution solutions.
- Be the technical resource and an SME to pre and post sales teams.
- Manage bug queue to ensure issues are followed up on and resolved.
- Accomplish miscellaneous engineering projects to push our business forward.
Required Education and Experience:
- B.E / B.Tech or an equivalent degree in Engineering.
- Open to working in shifts.
- 0-2+ years of experience in software development or Ad-tech. preferably in a client-facing role or can demonstrate experience in end to end development of a mobile app.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills.
