Role and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for solutioning & demand shaping across Customer Service Management domains, including case management and proactive customer engagement enabled via AI/GenAI.
- Interface with Roadmap and Delivery on Demand and Finance allocation and burndown
- Demand shaping and PI planning – Work with CO/PO to define EPIC/Features/Stories, and sizing
- Responsible for all engineering and testing within the Customer Management delivery squads
- Hypercare for Scaling & adoption
- Work with SaaS vendors and Engineering Leads to shape future demand
- Lead/support the Tribe/Squad based Operating model, and assume accountability for all the relevant Tribe level outcomes/KPIs/OKRs
- Oversees the relevant Customer management platform engineering and solution architecture performance ensuring deliverables are on time and on budget.
- Own the MTP planning for TLR/TLC/Licences for the relevant product families.
