Role and Responsibilities:
- Review the work orders.
- Follow-up with US Healthcare insurance carriers for claim status.
- Follow-up with US Healthcare insurance carriers to check the status of outstanding claims.
- Follow-up on payment information if the claims are processed.
- Analyze claims in case of rejections.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English (Speaking & Writing).
- PUC/12th/Any Graduation.
- Willing to work in US Shift nights.
