Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contributing in creation/ modification/ revision of the technical manuals/documentation across various domains.
- Understanding and conducting impact analysis based on the engineering change request.
- Researching extensively and ensuring adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements.
- Performing tasks in customer specific project tools and updating status in Capgemini workflow management tools.
- Following processes and standards defined for the customer.
- Performing Internal & external rejection analysis, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring prevention of rejections and thus maintaining quality KPI.
- Communicating with SMEs as and when required and ensuring that the quality KPI’s are met.
- Participating in peer-reviews and following the review cycles to ensure the Right First time.
- Visualizing/creating images, mark-ups, additional information/ instruction to Illustrators whenever required.
