Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update EUC repository across all of Client LFO functions as needed.
- Support preparation and consolidation of governance related activities across all Client LFO functions.
- Apply knowledge of the business, products, or services to identify potential documentation, process, or control gaps and drive effective remediation.
- Maintain Finance-owned policies and procedures in adherence to those requirements, as appropriate.
- Support facilitation and governance of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e. Risk & Control Self-Assessment).
- Work effectively in a rapidly evolving risk and control environment with limited direction to meet high priority deadlines.
- Assist with coordinating materials/ responses to regulatory and/or internal audit requests.
- Support Transformation efforts as needed.
- Monitor and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoints skills preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Have MCA, Quality Assurance, and or internal audit experience within a financial services organization.
- Have experience supporting program development and implementation, including policies, standards, and procedures development and maturity.
- Have experience supporting complex high-priority efforts, involving multiple stakeholders and competing needs, which affect the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.
- Demonstrate communication and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and sway others, in particular colleagues and stakeholders in other areas.
- Have experience facilitating and organizing meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
