Roles and Responsibilities:
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained.
- Make sure the listing is completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
- Track his/her own performance needs to improvise based on the business requirement.
- Should be able to manage his / her own performance.
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information is updated on the map front.
- It should be focused on achieving 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading & speaking English.
- Should be proficient with computers and MS Office.
- Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language.
- Should have a fair knowledge of the above navigation on Google Maps & Geography.
- Any graduate fresher having documents can apply.
