Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough secondary research to comprehend various resources for information extraction related to activities and events of the given business.
- Read User reviews and extract the activities that can be performed for those Points of interest or Place topics.
- Refer to images and videos to extract activities related to that Place topic.
- Evaluate activities and events, and categorize them into different buckets based on instructions
- Identify relevant/ irrelevant aspects related to the business category, reviews, queries, etc. used for comparing and rating a place.
- Making sure the tasks allotted are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Communication: English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory competency: Good English comprehension with Logical Ability and data Interpretation.
- Reading and Comprehension: A person should be able to read and comprehend content given, and establish context with the given task.
- Research skills: Ability to conduct thorough research using the Google platform on a variety of pages related to the POIs being evaluated. This includes being able to identify credible sources of information, evaluate the quality, and summarize complex information in a clear and concise way.
- General Awareness: The candidate should have awareness of consumer services such as food & beverages, restaurants, leisure activities, lifestyle, and entertainment domains.
- Work timings: Should be able to work in different shifts and locales depending on the business requirement.
- General skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency with computers and MS Office/ equivalent platforms.
- Graduate Level (Bachelor’s Degree) – Graduation is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience (with a preference to experience in fields related to research, creative writing, local reviewers, etc.)
