Roles and Responsibilities:
- Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
- Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/ TAT.
- Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently.
- Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
- Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (English & Hindi).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
- Sound judgment while moderating the content.
- Effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner.
- Should be on par with CEFR C1 quality in English, and be fluent in conversant + written English/ Arabic.
