Role and Responsibilities:
- The person will be the Point of Contact for forecasting and budget planning.
- Updates the forecast with monthly/weekly actual data and suggested improvements based on trend analysis.
- Refines forecasting scenarios and generates a final forecast.
- Refines and captures data to be used as input to the models.
- Designs and develops forecasting scenarios.
- Generate short-term forecasts, incorporating business impacts.
- Revise forecast based on feedback.
- Maintain process documentation and tweak as per requirement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good skill in Mathematical and Statistical Modeling (R-studio, python)
- Experience in developing machine learning models like classification, and linear/logistic regression.
- Hands-on experience in forecasting for large and complex attributes.
- Analytical and good understanding of contact center metrics.
- Strong business acumen.
- Should be a good communicator and a collaborator.
- Strong Communicator and decision-maker.
- Core forecasting experience 0-2 years in BPO/Contact center environment.
