Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports.
- Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards
- Preparing ad-hoc reports & analysis for management reporting and needs.
- Assisting in automating reports by designing macros.
- Key daily exception requests and update schedules.
- Attend centralized and/or site management meetings as per requirement.
- Preparing Monthly performance data for incentives for Operations.
- Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects.
- Optimize the use of tools/technology & to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
- Highlight data abnormalities that one may spot in the dataset beforehand.
- Resolve escalated issues and requests from the account management.
- Preparing performance data for Operations & Client RnRs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
