Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in Cloud Infrastructure Management: Work closely with the IT team to manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.
- Assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud services.
- Develop Automation tool for Cloud infrastructure Projects: Collaborate with senior team members on ongoing cloud projects.
- Help senior team members to develop automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and Provide Technical Support: Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist in problem resolution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations and procedures.
- Generate reports on cloud usage, performance, and security.
- Stay Current on Cloud Technologies: Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing.
- Assist in evaluating and implementing new cloud services.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
