Role and Responsibilities:
- Preparation & posting of journal entries.
- Balance Sheet Account reconciliations.
- Support team with month-end, quarter-end, and Year-end close process.
- Reconciliation of Sub ledger to General ledger.
- Daily allocation working, Manual Portal billing, IDG Tracker maintenance.
- Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments.
- Create a Voucher for Daily Payment Processing for Partners.
- Managing invoice upload activity to ensure invoices are loaded to ERP systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com.) – 2021/ 2022/ 2023 pass-outs only.
- No prior work experience or apprentice experience (prior internship experience can be considered)
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and Analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Daily Cash Posting (Checks, ACHs & Wires), Account Reconciliations, Remit.Feeding, Minimise UI/UA Payments, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities .
