Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop MBD/Vibration models to evaluate the critical performance of electrical products.
- Analyze, Interpret, summarize, and communicate simulation results to a global audience and provide technical and/or design recommendations.
- Delivers deep insights through simulations for robust product development to meet performance requirements/ CTQs for electrical products.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to understand analysis requirements, create analysis approach & solve simple/ medium complex problems.
- Understand & assist in maturing analysis capability of MBD/Vibration technology domain for electrical products.
- Engage with product and test engineers to improve analysis models and validate analysis approach with test data.
- Demonstrates CI mindset & identifies opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MS/ M.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering.
- Thorough understanding of dynamic techniques like MBD and vibration analysis methods.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma (DfSS) is preferred.
- Candidate should have excellent English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills and should be a good team player.
