Role and Responsibilities:
- Create 2D and 3D CAD models and assemblies for the products using SolidWorks.
- Modify existing models as per engineering revisions.
- Understand/prepare the product documentation.
- Develop Macros using SolidWorks and vb.net.
- Provide technical support for drawings to other functional teams.
- Provide necessary documentation and drawings/3D models required for Production/Manufacturing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Piping, Oil & Gas, and Process Industry.
- Sound knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Equipment, Instruments, and ASME Standards.
- Sound knowledge of CAD and PDM software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Good awareness of sheet metal, Casting, & Product Design.
- GD&T, international standards like ASME, and PED would be an added advantage.
- MS Office, Outlook.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, GD&T, and Sheet Metal.
- Experienced in the oil and gas industry.
- Problem-solving and result-oriented skills.
