Role and Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and recording payments for goods and services.
- Executing payment runs based on schedule.
- Verifying and processing of expense claims.
- Work with client contacts/vendors for timely resolution of pricing and quantity discrepancies on invoices and invoice exceptions.
- Perform reconciliation of vendor accounts and request for missing invoices and also vendor statements.
- Responsible for adhering to applicable policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Should be able to deal with a large amount of invoices.
- Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters.
- Problem identification and analytical ability.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
