Technical Excellence:
- Identified of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues.
- Conducted analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them.
- Understanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issues.
Skills and attributes:
To qualify for the role you must have
Education:
- MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with good academic background and high scores in finance/ economics and management subjects.
Experience:
- Past experience in Strategy, Margin transformation, commercial due diligence, Synergy Assessment, Country Strategy.
- Technology sector experience would be good but not necessary.
