Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform research in propriety EY databases & some external databases (Factiva, Cap IQ, D&B Hoovers etc.) to identify the current & historical relationships of EY with the various parties involved in an engagement.
- Upload the research output in the prescribed format.
- Analyze the research to identify any probable non-compliance issues.
- Should be able to analyze SEC filings, annual reports, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Expertise in MS Office tools – Excel and Word.
- MBA (Finance/Marketing).
