Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling customer for the Electronics and mechanical SKU units.
- Responsible for 3rd party repair activities.
- Responsible for Test, process and NPI activity.
- Guiding the team members with the workload.
- Responsible for performing, validating, and submitting the FAI to the customer for NPI approval process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Analyzing the scrap and providing the technical support to production team.
- Work with customers & internal stakeholders for the yield improvement project.
- Preparing the NPI plan as the customer input data and present to customer in a weekly meeting
- Planning the HMJ and required components for the NPI.
- Requesting the quotations with our supplier for the requirement of Components, tools & Equipment’s.
- Cycle time validation.
- Leading the NPI and follow up all the activities from all the stakeholders.
- Validating the newly written repair procedures and submitting for customer approval.
- Monitoring the ECO details and providing the split-up data to the team.
- Preparing the KPI data and presenting to customer.
- Presenting the DOA investigation report to customer.
- Involving NFF study, Improvement from scrap, FAI , ECO, DOA and cannibalism study.
- Co-ordinates with customer and supplier for repair/service within BWH policies.
- Support Mexico Flex on technical quires and HMJ support.
