Role and Responsibilities:
- Processing of sales orders, which includes verifying correct pricing, part numbers, and ensuring that sales contracts and all company practices/policies have been followed.
- Generation of various types of software license keys/files.
- Verification that accurate software license keys/files have been provided to customers. Research and make any corrections that may be necessary.
- General customer account maintenance.
- Assist with new product releases and other projects within the orders department.
- Interact with customers, Sales, Credit and the Finance departments daily. Must provide an excellent level of customer service to all internal and external customers and meet or exceed our agreed upon SLA-Service Level Agreement.
- Understand the process and manage day to day operations.
- Generation of various types of software license keys/files.
- Contribute to documenting / maintaining all processes.
- Complete training on Flexera orders process and be able to train the new joinees.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Required: 1-2 years of order processing experience.
- Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented, organized, with demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining control under limited supervision.
- Must have the ability to work extra hours during heavy month and quarter end processing and some holidays.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and the software industry a plus.
