Role and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for engaging on Calls & Chats with all prospective customers calling in within the SLA definitions.
- Accountable for assigning the sales queue tickets to the right POCs and ensuring follow-up with the Account Managers to respond and close the tickets within the SLA limits.
- Build and increase knowledge on all products of Freshworks.
- Identify the needs of the prospect, clarify relevant questions, and understand if there are immediate opportunities available for sales engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities in the phone and CRM products.
- Promote database cleanup and hygiene through regular and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any degree (UG or PG)
- 1 to 4 years of sales or customer support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Drive and perseverance to engage with prospects.
- Team player.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
