Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting- Statutory and Regulatory.
- Preparation of financial statements as per statutory guidelines and accounting standards like IFRS, US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, etc.
- Preparation of files as per Regulatory guidelines (APRA submissions, FSL, etc.).
- Review of Journals & Reconciliations performed by Ledger close team.
- Working on tools like Oracle, TM1 and CDM.
- Regular communication with onshore counterparts via e-mail, instant messenger, and telephonic calls.
- All deliverables are to be met at 100% SLA (both quality and timeliness)- SLA Governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA/ CMA/ MBA/ M.com.
- Strong communication – Both Written and Vocal.
- Strong analytical & Accounting skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, and be flexible as needs change.
- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change.
- High standard of integrity, and strong self-confidence to state and support opinions.
- High energy, and strong influencing skills.
