Role and Responsibilities:
- Led the strategic planning and execution of enhancements and optimizations for the SAP F/CO modules.
- Perform thorough analysis and assessment of current SAP F/CO configurations to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing finance and controlling processes, identifying areas for improvement and integration.
- Perform configuration changes to the SAP F/CO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), to improve financial operations and reporting.
- Develop and implement custom reports, interfaces, extensions, and forms to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation on SAP processes, configurations, and business guidelines.
- Manage SAP F/CO-related projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- SAP 4 HANA implantation exposure – Develop, test, train, and optimize.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of SAP F/CO modules with other business systems.
- Best Practices – Stay abreast of the latest SAP developments, features, and best practices, integrating these into the organization’s SAP landscape.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance and business processes.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of years of experience in SAP F/CO module implementation and optimization.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels.
- A certified SAP F/CO Consultant is highly preferred.
