- Attending customer queries/ sales over the phone and providing solutions through calls.
- Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
- Previous experience in Customer service and telesales profile will be an added advantage.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- The customer is always right. You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
